Relying on clues about the number of neighboring mines around each cell, you can make informed decisions. If you accidentally reveal a mine, the game is over. Conversely, if you reveal a safe cell, a number will appear indicating how many of its adjacent cells contain mines. If no mines are nearby, that cell becomes blank, and the game automatically uncovers surrounding cells recursively. Use these clues to logically deduce the location of hidden mines, either revealing safe cells or marking suspected mine locations. Keep in mind: in Minesweeper, any ship can become a mine—once.
